THREE IMPORTANT COMMUNITY MEETINGS COMING UP
Love’s Farm Community Association invite you to three community meetings.
On Thurs 26th January, we are holding a ‘Special General Meeting’, to carry out some business that was not completed at the AGM due to time restrictions. We are doubling the meeting up as an opportunity to meet more of you and encourage you to join the Committee! All welcome.

Meeting agenda
1. To Elect LFCA committee members and discuss and create sub groups (NB. Officers were elected at AGM)
2. To adopt a Safeguarding Children Policy
3. To adopt an Equality and Diversity Statement
On Weds 8th February the LFCA meeting is taking place. At this meeting we will be voting to amend the LFCA constitution as follows
Section 2.a
‘Represent and promote the interests of all residents of the area covered by Love's Farm
Amend to
Represent and promote common interests of the community at Love's Farm
Section 6.e
‘Notice of Committee Meetings will be displayed at St Neots Town FC, on site notice boards, in Love’s Farm publicationsand at other local points’.
Amend to
Notice of Committee Meetings will be displayed on the site notice board, in Love’s Farm publicationsand the www.ourlovesfarm.co.uk website and facebook page.

Finally, we are holding a Community Action Meeting on Thursday 1st March at 7.30pm, in The Reedmans Bar, St Neots FC. Come along to tell us about issues that are important to you, or you are concerned about, at Love’s Farm, for example the Priory Hill Access Road or parking issues. The information we collect will be used to form an action plan so we can approach the relevant agencies.
